Louisville.com is a locally-owned "Louisville Weird" website that features the region's most complete calendar of events, a complete directory of area business, featured videos, articles written by writers in the know, local blogs that reflect the many facets of our city, headlines from around the city, a Q&A page with questions YOU ask and answer, and more.

We strive to give an accurate reflection of our wonderful city to any and all that live here or visit here. The end goal is to bring citizens and businesses together in a local, online community where we can share our "Louisvilleness".

Louisville.com has been online in one form or another since 1996, originally serving as the website for Louisville Magazine, a publication with some shared ownership.  Eventually, the decision was made to separate the two with the vision that Louisville.com would become a portal for "everything" that makes our city unique.  

The website is owned by several partners, the majority owners being Dan Crutcher, publisher of Louisville Magazine, and Watson Courtenay, one of the principal owners of Alexander and Hughes advertising.

In 2008, Louisville.com partnered with Jotzel Media and Red7e Advertising to modernize the website and implement a new design that fits into the "Possibility City" campaign as orchestrated by Red7e and Doe Anderson Advertising.  Part of the growth of the site includes a revolutionary "video directory" of Louisville businesses.

We love to dine in the various establishments in Louisville.  Louisville has a wide variety in cousine, atmosphere and price range.  Louisville.com is a great place to find restaurants we have never had the previledge to dine in yet, the information on Louisville.com has always been a great help in price range, dressing for dinner, address, phone and the list just goes on.
